Halloween
is right around the corner! Are you the type who usually waits until the
Halloween night to put your costume together? Here are some reasons why you
shouldn’t do that…
Firstly,
you might end up with a costume that no one recognizes… this was supposed to be
Elsa from Frozen.
"Well this is the costume I had for a
musical once. Guess what that play was? That’s right...Frozen!"
Second, although you may have the most creative costume, such as kidney and
kidney stones, you’re not going to get any points for best looking.
“My friends and I decided last minute to go to
a Halloween party on campus but we had no costumes. My friend's boyfriend had
just told her he had kidney stones so she wanted to be a kidney stone so she
and her friend wore black trash bags while my friend and I wore pink sheets
because we were the kidneys. Not great looking costumes but we won most
creative!"
Third, you might hurt yourself…This girl wanted
to be Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist but had to tear all of that duct
tape off of her arm afterwards.
"Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist.
My friend wrapped her whole, bare arm, shoulder to fingertips, in duct tape.
Trying to take it off afterwards totally sucked!"
Fourth, you might end up revealing just how
weird you really are…
"Me and my friend just put on whatever we
could find to make a costume and this was the result."
Fifth, 90’s era Justine Timberlake. Just, no.

Last but not the least, you might spend hours removing stuff from your skin and hair afterwards, such as this Leela from Futurama:
"This was my attempt at Leela from Futurama. Not seen: the obnoxious amount of purple hair spray I used that just made it look wet. Lesson Learned."
