Does a certain nail color ever remind you of a person, or anything?

When I was 13 or 14, my best friend told me that red nail polish is a slutty color (her mother strictly told her that red is for prostitutes, especially when on toes.) I was shocked by that and became a conservative person about nearly all nail art. But after all, that was just an episode of tons of my teenage girl memories. And  I've got red on my nails right now :)


Every time I saw pure red manicure or pedicure, it actually reminded me more of becoming a less frightening mom than of how slutty the color is.
